Document Submission

Once relevant documentation has been uploaded to the application portal (applicant’s birth certificate, vaccination card, latest academic report, as well as copies of parent's or guardian's IDs) and the application fee is paid, the prospective student’s file is taken to the relevant Heads of school for review.

Submit Documents

An interview with the relevant Head of School, or a designated staff member, is scheduled. We offer a spend-a-day experience for Grade 1 – Grade 11 applicants. The student will spend a morning in their current grade to experience a day in the life of a Reddford House student.

The school will issue a Letter of Acceptance to successful applicants. A non-refundable placement fee is required and should be paid within 14 days to secure the student’s placement at the school. Parents are required to sign an agreement with the school and must submit financial, medical, and dietary information.

Stage 5 applicants are invited in for a Readiness Assessment. The purpose of the Readiness Assessment is to meet the child and assess them in a relaxed, informal, and friendly environment. The assessment is done at our Early Learning School.

Your child is admitted to Reddford House Northcliff.

Phase Heads are informed of new students and place them in classes. Subject teachers are also notified and arrange academic catch-up sessions where needed. Phase Heads follow up with students over a fortnight to gauge how they are settling in.
